HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN MY CAR?
A general admission ticket admits two people in one car. If you’d like extra people in your car, you can do this by selecting the number of extra occupants you will have on the ticket booking extras page.
CAN I SIT OUTSIDE MY CAR?
Customers need to remain in their cars for the screening, apart from if they need to use the toilet facilities, to enable social distancing to be followed.
WILL I HAVE A GOOD VIEW?
We’ve set the site up to allow a good view from all cars. When you book, you’ll be asked to pick if you have a standard or a large car (SUV, People Carrier etc) just so we can space cars out successfully as they arrive to ensure the best view for all.
CAN I OPEN MY CAR WINDOW DURING THE FILM?
Drivers’ side windows can be open.
ARE THERE TOILET FACILITIES?
There will be individual toilet facilities on site, with a minimum 2m spaced out by 2m between each toilet. These will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the event, and ample hand sanitising facilities will be available on site.
CAN I HAVE OTHERS IN MY CAR THAT AREN'T MY HOUSEHOLD?
Due to the current government restrictions that prevent people from being closer than 2m from someone who isn’t in their household, you should only come in the same car as other members of your household.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on site apart from registered service animals. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
HOW WILL I GET MY TICKET?
Tickets will be emailed to you and available through the Fatsoma website and app. You will be given a barcode that will be scanned on entry.
HOW CLOSE WILL THE NEXT CAR BE TO ME?
Cars will be spaced to allow for social distancing to take place between the rows so you can easily walk to and from the toilet. The cars will be parked next to each other like in a carpark so if you do need to leave your car please be aware of people in the car next to you as you leave and return to your vehicle.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
Children are permitted at our events, but please be aware that they must adhere to the film’s certification and our stewards will check to make sure that all audience members are the suitable age to see the film. Valid photographic ID will be required for any patron we believe to be under the age certification of the film. The following ID can be used as proof of age: Current Passport, current UK Driver’s License or Provisional License, VALIDATE UK, CitizenCard.
We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and we have worked hard to design an event which follows government guidelines.
